Member Comments: Remodeling occurred within the stated time frame and within the estimated cost. Demolition and construction was orderly and the workmen cleaned up afterwards. High praise especially for the construction manager, who gave good advise and answered all questions, and for the cabinet designer, who made excellent suggestions and incorporated everything I wanted in my kitchen and laundry room. He created lots of cabinet space, a wine rack, and bench with more cabinets in a window alcove.

Description Of Work: Liberty Construction refinished our hardwood floors and put new base boards throughout the house.
Member Comments: When we had began the long process of having contractors come to give us quotes on refinishing our hardwood floors a lot of the other contractors tried selling us new wood floors instead of refinishing them. The difference between Liberty Construction and the other companies is the Project Manager, Yaron Katalan, took the time to see what we wanted to have done, discussed budget, pulled up the carpet in one area to see the condition of the floor and took measurements which the other contractors did not do. The other plus to this company is they were on time. I have had a lot of work done on our house lately and almost all of the contractors were late. They did not put any pressure on us to sign contracts the day they come to give us a quote nor did they try to sell us on any more work that they felt we should have done. During the meeting Yaron had a presentation on his computer to show us the other work his company had done so we could see the quality of their work. A few days before the work was to start, they called to re-confirm all details. They were on time the first day the contraction started. They moved all of the furniture out of the house and took all the beds apart. They refinished our hardwood floors in 3 days even working on Sunday. Once they were done, they moved all the furniture back into the house and even put the beds back together. Yaron called us with daily updates on how refinishing was going. This was great as we were not home during this process so I had an idea as to what was going on. On Monday, we met with our project manager to walk through the house together and they came back that Friday to fix any flaws in the flooring. The customer service they provided was phenomenal. They even organized the cleaning service to come in and clean my house top to bottom once they were done. Overall, we are very pleased with the work that was done and would definitely use them again on our future projects.
